Civil Affairs is at the heart of the Veteran Reserve Corps and is our primary function as a civil support organization.  We directly assist governments during declared emergencies and disasters, as well as in large public events and functions that require a more disciplined approach to maintaining good order and safety.  We seek to serve the veteran homeless population and well as all persons in underserved communities. As a uniformed service, we will always fall under the direct command of a civilian authority.
