INSCOM About

The Veteran Reserve Corps Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) is the eyes and the ears of the VRC.  Any emergency situation, whether natural or man-made, can potentially disrupt the security of the nation.  Therefore our Intelligence teams are always monitoring weather patterns, identifying the latest cyber security threats, tracking public health risks, and civil unrest.

MISSION

INSCOM conducts mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates nationwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of the Veteran Reserve Corps.

The focus of INSCOM operations is to build situational awareness within the VRC so that the organization can properly deploy personnel and resources to emergency situations and assist the general population in safe and expedited recovery.
